She guided families through USDA loan programs, certified buyers for deed-restricted homes, and served as the underwriter for the Lompoc Down Payment Assistance Program.
 
It was in this role—helping people who never thought they could own a home—that Anna Grace discovered her true calling: real estate. To sharpen her skills, she spent a year and a half as an administrative assistant to a top-producing local agent, managing transactions, marketing, and office operations. This experience gave her firsthand insight into delivering client service at the highest level.
